At times you may need to access your TBB line from another phone. With remote access you will gain access to all * services, like your voicemail and call forwarding settings. You also will have the ability to make outbound calls from any phone using your TBB service.
To access your line remotely:
- Dial # for remote access (below)
- When prompted enter the 10 digit phone number followed by the # key.
- When prompted enter the password followed by the # key.
- You will hear hold music, press * for the dial tone for the tbb phone.
