Do you have a back up of my site?

Yes, you may be able to restore your files yourself with our file restore tool!

We also maintain backups of your site and database for a short period (appx 30 days). This backup is kept by Primus for disaster recovery purposes.

Primus recommends that you always keep a back up of your site for your own recovery needs.

In the event that something happens to your site and you need to revert from one of our backups we can do so for a $95 fee for filesystems and an additional $95 fee if you need to have the database reverted from backup.
