Web traffic Reports
Use server statistics to track visits to your website. You can collect information on what domain visitors are coming from (such as magma.ca), what time the visits are made and what pages are viewed. This information may be helpful in tracking the success of your site and showing what areas may be lacking attention. You may check your server statistics on-line by using our on-line server reporting tools.
NOTE: Web logs are kept on the server for up to 45 days. If you require historical logs, please refer to the next paragraph. Alternatively, you can check your server statistics off-line by first downloading a copy of your web logs and then using a third-party log analysis tool to process your log file.
The following log-analysis tools are available for this purpose:

- NetTracker from Sane Solutions .
- Hit List from Marketwave .
View Your Website Logs On-Line
To access the traffic statistics for your website, please login to https://myaccount.primustel.ca/ and then click on "Advanced Records" and then your VWS URL.
Download Your Website's Logfiles (for offline viewing)
To access the "raw" traffic logs for your website, FTP to your website with the userid and password supplied by Primus for your VWS. When you connect with your FTP client, you will see a subdirectory in your home directory named "logfiles". This directoy contains a read-only view of all traffic logs for your website for the last 60 days. You can download any of those files to your computer for off-line analysis.
